By last information of Flyitalia S.r.l. liquidator - MD3 Rider rights was sold to Italian company Eurocharter S.r.l.. Till now we are sorry do not have any direct contact to this company. Milan, may 3th 2010 FLYITALIA SRL IN LIQUIDATION AND IN BANKRUPTCY ... as a result of the decision by the Committee of Creditors on 22-24 april 2010 and by the Official Receiver on the 28 april 2010, I have been authorized to accept the proposal of bulk purchase of the bankrupt's assets, including the project for the realization of the MD3 Rider plane ( technical drawings and certifications) put forward by Eurocharter S.r.l. .....
